Rutgers needs to capture a clear picture of the current status of New Jersey's School Libraries. The NJ School Library Study is being conducted by Rutgers Center for International Scholarship in School Libraries (CISSL.)

D.C. The program will feature meetings with top federal policymakers
discussing current issues such as the reauthorization of the Museum and
Library Services Act, the E-rate program, the role of libraries in job

The Board of the New Jersey Center for the Book regretfully announces the postponement of the NJ Center for the Book/Princeton University collaborative program 'The Fluid Dynamic of Information Literacy: Harnessing the Challenge,' scheduled for Thursday, June 10, 2010, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., due to the economic crisis in the State of New Jersey and its impact upon the targeted audience of educators, administrators, and librarians.

We thank all those who have registered in advance and look forward to continuing to sponsor events which support the New Jersey Center for the Book's mission of literary and cultural enrichment for the citizens of our great state.

With much appreciation for all your efforts and energy in crafting this program. I shall call on you again as we reschedule.
